Team North America has won the annual NHL All-Star game with a score of 13-9. Game MVP was Steven Stamkos.

A native of Canada, Steven Stamkos was originally drafted to the NHL by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 1st round of the 2008 entry draft. He has appeared in 135 NHL games during his career, notching 45 goals and adding 51 assists along with 47 penalty minutes. The 20 year old right wing has played 56 games with the Tampa Bay Lightning this season, totalling 22+28=50 with 8 PIM.

8-2-2010 NHL All-Star Skill Competitions
The annual All-Star event kicked off today with the skill competitions. Team North America and Team World competed in six different races and the fans got to see their stars shine.

Team North America won the puck control relay with a team of Sidney Crosby, Steven Stamkos and Joe Thornton.

Alexander Ovechkin of Team World won the fastest skater competition, beating Corey Perry in the final.

Zdeno Chara of Team World won the hardest shot competition with a result of 101 MPH, beating Joe Thornton in the final.

Nicklas Bäckström of Team World won the accuracy shooting competition, beating Drew Doughty in the final.

Roberto Luongo of Team North America won the goalie competition (pass&score), beating Niklas Backstrom in the final.

Team North America won the breakaway relay with a team of Dany Heatley, Sidney Crosby and Steven Stamkos.

The yearly clash between Team North America and Team World will take place tomorrow.

J'vais regarder les options qui s'offrent à nous...c'est l'été donc c'est sur que le monde participe moins, mais bon...

L,optio de metter dehors ceux qui ne participent pas et que chaque DG qui participent ait 2 clubs est de + en + envisageable

c'est pas une mauvaise idée deux clubs, mais il faut selon moi qu'on aille un club de l'est et un de l'ouest et que tu surveilles pour pas qu'un DG avantage un de ses clubs.

On peut pas octroyer a un DG la possibilité qu'il ait 2 clubs ds la emme association!

Serait quand emme drole qu'un DG ait 2 clubs en finale de la coupe cependant!
